Challenge: Group 1 Automotive, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, needed an Intranet application to track sales data and improve communication between corporate office and the their 93 dealership locations.
Solution: Anabasis developed a custom Intranet application that facilitates the collection and reporting of sales data and has improved the communication between locations and divisions.
Anabasis has also developed a dealer locator that is integrated into Group 1's corporate Web presence as well as an application to manage service department statistics.

Challenge: British Petroleum required a forum to comunicate safety and evnironmental issues related to their US Refineries.
Solution: The Anabasis content management system allows Baker Botts, LP to manage this information for BP providing news and upcoming events without the knowledge of programming or HTML..

Challenge: Renaissance Healthcare Systems is a multi-location hospital system that needed a HIPAA compliant hospital management system that met the unique requirements of their organization.
Solution: Anabasis developed a custom Intranet application that enables RHS to process payroll for multiple locations, including shift differentials. In addition, the application features a full accounting package to process AP, AR and GL as well as integrated Materials Management.
The ongoing project includes expansion into Clinical Operations, Electronic Medical Records, Stat scheduling and Medical Billing.

Challenge: Staubach Commercial Realestate's Houston office was looking for a method to contact existing and potential tenants for the purpose of marketing available commercial realestate property. In addition, a desire existed to create a stronger branding for the Staubach name.
Solution: Anabasis developed a custom Intranet application that enabled agents to manage their contacts and develop HTML newsletters for the purpose of distributing commercial property information to segments of their contact list. Utilizing the Anabasis content management system to generate frequent newsletter emails, the Staubach team was able to maintain frequent contact with tenants and prospects to improve branding and sale closure.
The Intranet solution provides advanced user profile functionality allowing agents to see data related to their listings, contacts and newsletters. The platform also provides a base for modular expansion into other business management areas.

Challenge: Virsecure identified a need in the corporate, healthcare and financial industries for a secure, HIPAA compliant channel for email communcations and file transfers. Compliance and security are a constant challenge and often it is difficult for a company to locate a reliable solution that handles their compliance needs seemlessly.
Solution: Anabasis developed a secure web-based email client and Outlook connector to allow Virsecure customers the ability to manage their security and compliance needs related to email and file transfers. The system provides several domain names from which to choose, as well as, the ability to use a private domain option.
Virsecure provides Regulatory Compliant electronic communication for HIPAA and Defined Corporate Standards (DCS).

Challenge: LiveFeedback was looking for a solution that collects information using a series of survey questions in conjunction with advanced graphing functionality. The purpose for the system was to create a customer retention tool for various industries by which they can solicit feedback from customers, retain that information for historical purposes and contact past customers for marketing campaigns.
Solution: Anabasis developed a survey building and reporting system that allows LiveFeedback's customers to create custom surveys, compare their survey results between industries, as well as, market to a dynamic client list through coupon and special offer campaigns. Advanced graphing capabilities are provided to the users to analyze performance of multiple locations.
The LiveFeedback system also includes a WAP interface for customers to complete surveys using a PDA or other wireless device.
